SHIPPING POLICY

V-GRONEGARD

At V-GRONEGARD, each artwork is created by hand and made to order. We do not operate with mass-produced stock. Every piece is individually crafted, finished, and carefully prepared before shipment.

Because of the artisanal nature of our work, delivery times differ from standard retail products.

1. SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.

If you would like to receive a piece outside the European territory, please contact us and we will assess the feasibility of international delivery.

2. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Each artwork is handcrafted after the order is confirmed.

Estimated production and delivery time: 14 to 20 calendar days.

This timeframe includes:

  • Artistic creation of the piece

  • Drying and finishing process

  • Quality control

  • Professional packaging

  • Logistics handling

Once your artwork is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information.

During high-demand periods or special launches, production times may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be informed accordingly.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is always free within the European Union.

There are no additional delivery charges applied at checkout.

4. PACKAGING & PROTECTION

All V-GRONEGARD artworks are carefully packaged using high-protection materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We use:

  • Multi-layer protective wrapping

  • Reinforced corners

  • Rigid packaging adapted to the artwork format

  • Secure sealing

5. TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork.

  3. Keep the original packaging materials.

After reviewing the case, we will offer an appropriate solution, including replacement if necessary.

6. TAXES & CUSTOMS

Orders within the European Union are shipped in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

For special territories with different tax regulations (such as islands or free trade zones), additional local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. HANDCRAFTED NATURE

As each piece is handmade, slight variations from the website images may occur. These subtle differences are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of every V-GRONEGARD artwork.
